Due to a critical issue with one of our cloud providers, we were forced to migrate our storage infrastructure sooner than planned. We understand this has caused disruption, and we want to be transparent about what changed and what it means for you.

If you have embedded or hardcoded direct CDN file URLs in any external application, website, or integration, those links may no longer resolve correctly. Files uploaded after June 20th, 2026 will be served from new URLs. We recommend re-fetching file URLs from the Zappic API rather than storing them statically.
As we complete the migration, media optimization is on hold. This means:
These features will be restored once the migration is complete. Existing optimized files are not affected.
Some files uploaded before June 20th, 2026 may be temporarily unavailable. We are actively working to restore access to all affected files. We expect to resolve this within 72 hours at most.
